<p>Hmm... Well, Valve Corporation -the company behind Steam- is located in Washinton state in the US, so it's only around 9:00hrs PDT in the morning of September 8th there. Either, they posted the wrong release date, or maybe it will come out later today. </p>

<p>We can celebrate now! The Steam version was released at 21:34hrs PDT -at least, that is when an email about it landed in my mailbox-, and yes, it is on sale at 15% off until September 15th. ^_^ </p>

<p>i actually bought it the moment it went purchasable on steam but im afk (bought it through steam mobile app) and i cant really tell here at that time :| </p>
