It's one of the official translator for S,G. And when the creators where asked they say no. So there is no point. And i don't want to discuss about kurisu, it's dumb.

Phenogram and darling cannot be canon so... yeah... You can make them for some nice stories but i'm not a fan of them.
8 bit is interesting but short and variant space octet use elements from chaos head and is also short, so not adding a lot.
The spin off mangas or LN add a lot more interesting content than the games spin off honestly. I consider Braunian motion as the best addition to the lore among them.
For the main entries there is 2 games needed, Steins;Gate and Steins;gate 0 in this order.
All other games are spin off and side stories and there is no real order for them apart doing the first game.

The anime is an excellent adaptation, The visual novel go obviously more in details but there is not a lot to learn... apart of the alternative endings. Some narrative arcs are way longer in the VN (i think in particular about the luka arc) and some changes were made in the main story but it's nothing crucial for the understanding of the story.
If you want to learn more about the story the spin off mangas are more interesting. Personally i think the best is Braunian motion of love and hate, it explain a lot about Mr Braun and his relation with Suzuha.

And like all of those who support this theory, you have no proof at all. Nothing points the fact that she is blood related with kurisu but you continue to force this theory to fit your own wishes.
It's not to me who have to prove that a link doesn't exist it's to all of you to prove there is one and i repeat a simple ressemblance will never be a proof.
No degradation for decades if it's preserved correctly, and it's easy to do that actually, and the degradation doesn't impact what is visible necesseraly (in fact it's rare to tell the difference between a clone and the original just by looking)
Anyway you all made a conclusion and try to find the proofs. It's not a scientific way of thinking. The fact is we haven't a single hint who guide us to say she is related to kurisu. If someone post again here without a real proof, then i don't make another answer.
Kagari isn't a clone of kurisu, if it was, her body would be more alike and it's not the case, she is much taller, bustier, and doesn't have the same voice I don't deny the similarities but it's clearly not a clone. So no, the most logical theory is she hadn't any connection to the family of kurisu.
For your question the answer is obviously yes, she exist in other attractor field but without world war 3 her parents never dies, she never became an orphan and cannot meet mayuri. It's as simple as that.
