Judy Reyes is a Psychology Institute Research professor at Viktor Chondria University and a colleague of Alexis Leskinen. She is known to be friendly to Rintaro Okabe and his group until it is revealed that she works for the American group of DURPA.
Appearance[]
Judy appears as a tall, middle aged woman with short brown hair and with big, black square glasses. She normally wears a white lab coat over a light turquoise blouse which typically has some of the upper buttons unbuttoned, turning it into a V-neck.
Personality[]
Judy is normally an upbeat, affectionate and friendly individual. She has a fairly blunt and straightforward personality.
However, when acting as a DURPA agent, Judy is shown to be emotional, cruel and violent. Reyes considers herself as soldier before a scientist. She is loyal to her country before all else and believes that the world is most stable if America is in power.

Background[]
Plot[]
Steins;Gate 0[]
Stray Sheep[]
She first appears when she follows Maho, suddenly hugging her from behind and scaring her. When Okabe arrives and believes Maho to be in danger, Maho explains who Judy is.
Orbital Eclipse[]
Later, during New Years, she and Leskinen arrive at the shrine in order to participate in the festival. However, because they got distracted while shopping, they end up arriving after everything had ended.
On New Year's Eve, Judy storms the lab with DURPA agents and briefly manages to capture Kagari. After Yuugo Tennouji arrives and takes down several agents, she is attacked by Suzuha, allowing Kagari to go free. She then retreats.[1]
Twin Automata[]
Judy along with DURPA agents attempt to capture Maho, but are stopped by the intervention of Okabe and Yugo Tennouji. After Maho makes it back to the Tokyo Denki with Leskinen, Judy corners them, immediately killing Leskinen and threatening Maho to transfer control of Amadeus over to her. Maho ends up doing so, but before Judy can kill her, Moeka arrives and she and Maho retreat. Judy then waits for Amadeus to reboot only for it to be revealed that control of Amadeus did not actually transfer and both [Kurisu] and Maho were just buying time. Judy is then held at gunpoint by Maho while Moeka watches the door. Judy manages to trick Maho and take the gun from her, once again threatening to kill her and shooting Moeka for good measure. Maho seemingly agrees to transfer control over, but instead deletes Amadeus entirely, revealing that transferring control over Amadeus was actually impossible from the start. Judy is then shot by a still-alive Moeka and falls unconscious. Because Moeka shot her in a non-vital area, Judy survived, but Maho does not know what happened to her, suspecting that the CIA or FBI may have taken her.
