STEINS;GATE×Sanrio Characters: Chance Encounter of the Goldig Party (STEINS;GATE×サンリオキャラクターズ ｢邂逅相遇のゴルディッヒパーティ」) is a spinoff visual novel and crossover between the Sanrio and Steins;Gate franchises. Released between April 2 and 23, 2020 for web browsers, the visual novel was made freely available[1] to Japanese readers to commemorate the tenth anniversary of Steins;Gate's release, as well as the upcoming launch of themed crossover merchandise.
The project was officially announced on January 26, 2020; it was designated the sixth of ten projects celebrating Steins;Gate's tenth anniversary.[2]
On March 11, 2022, the fan translation group NS2C released an English fan translation and standalone Windows port of the game.[3]

The visual novel details a chance encounter between Hello Kitty and the lab mems, and focuses on their efforts to brainstorm a solution to a pressing problem: a vastly overdue rent payment to Mister Braun.
Pre-release marketing suggests that the visual novel takes place on the 0.549111α world line.
