Shinichi Nakase (中瀬 シンイチ, Nakase Shin'ichi) is a character that appeared in Steins;Gate: Linear Bounded Phenogram. He is the older brother of Katsumi Nakase, who is also known as Fubuki. He is a cosplayer like his sister, and is in love with Mayuri Shiina.

Scenario 10: Abduction Across Three Worlds.
Shinichi is a cosplayer recruited by one of Mayuri's friends, a pawn shop worker, and went looking for Mayuri to return the pocket watch which he had left in a coin locker and emailed her about. When he and his cosplay friends arrive at the lab to look for her on the third iteration of the worldline, a confused Okabe fights them using the Cyalume Saber, spraying fake blood everywhere. Just when Okabe is about to punch Shinichi, Mayuri stops him and after a conversation between all of them, Okabe understands that Shinichi and his group of cosplayers did not intend to kidnap Mayuri and that it had solely been a misunderstanding.
